Our ship repair team handles the full range of structural and mechanical work required to keep vessels in class and in service. Where possible, we carry out repairs afloat — reducing downtime and the cost of drydocking. For work requiring drydock, our Batam location provides fast access to regional facilities.

Our fabrication workshop produces structural steel components and assemblies for offshore platforms, marine vessels, and industrial facilities. We work from client-supplied drawings or develop fabrication drawings in-house, and can manage full material procurement through our established supply chain in Batam and Singapore.

Exotic alloy pipe fabrication is one of our core differentiators. We fabricate, fit, and test complete piping systems for offshore topsides, process skids, and marine installations — including materials that require specialist procedures, inert gas purging, and heat control not available at general fabrication shops.

Piping fabrication scope

• Spool fabrication from isometric drawings: cutting, bevelling, fit-up, welding, and dimensional control

• Pipe supports, hangers, and restraints fabricated to client or standard designs

Unplanned downtime on rotating equipment is one of the most costly problems an offshore operator faces. Our mechanical team carries out planned overhauls and emergency repairs on pumps, compressors, and valves — restoring equipment to OEM tolerances using precision measurement tools and on-site machining where required.

PT Pioneer Offshore Solutions fabricates and installs ducting systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and exhaust applications across offshore modules, FPSOs, drilling units, and marine vessels. We work from client isometric drawings or produce fabrication drawings in-house, and carry out full installation including hangers, supports, and penetration sealing.

Ducting fabrication

• Rectangular and circular duct fabrication in galvanised steel, stainless steel (304/316L), and mild steel

• Fittings fabrication: elbows, reducers, tees, branches, access doors, and dampers
