• Plate rolling and forming of complex curved or conical shapes
• Blast cleaning and surface preparation to SA 2.5 standard
• Structural steel for oil & gas topside modules and offshore applications

Exotic alloy pipe fabrication is one of our core differentiators. We fabricate, fit, and test complete piping systems for offshore topsides, process skids, and marine installations — including materials that require specialist procedures, inert gas purging, and heat control not available at general fabrication shops.
Piping fabrication scope
• Spool fabrication from isometric drawings: cutting, bevelling, fit-up, welding, and dimensional control
• Pipe supports, hangers, and restraints fabricated to client or standard designs
• Prefabrication of manifolds, headers, and complex pipe assemblies
• On-site installation and tie-in support available.
Materials we work with:
• Carbon steel (ASTM A106, A53)
• Stainless steel (304, 316, 316L)
• Duplex stainless steel (UNS S31803 / 2205)
• Super duplex stainless steel (UNS S32750 / 2507)
• Inconel 625 and Incoloy 825
• Cupro-nickel (90/10 and 70/30)
Testing & documentation
• Dimensional inspection and spool tracking
• Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing
• Material traceability documentation and weld maps
• NDT co-ordination (RT, UT, PMI) — see Service 05
Unplanned downtime on rotating equipment is one of the most costly problems an offshore operator faces. Our mechanical team carries out planned overhauls and emergency repairs on pumps, compressors, and valves — restoring equipment to OEM tolerances using precision measurement tools and on-site machining where required.
Equipment we service
• Centrifugal and positive displacement pumps (all major OEMs)
• Reciprocating and screw compressors
• Control valves, gate valves, check valves, and ball valves
• Heat exchangers: cleaning, re-tubing, and pressure testing
• Gearboxes: strip-down, inspection, bearing replacement, and reassembly
Precision services
• Laser shaft alignment to OEM tolerances
• Dynamic balancing of impellers, rotors, and fans (in-house balancing machine)
• On-site machining: line boring, flange facing, journal repair
• Hydraulic bolt tensioning and torquing to specified loads
PT Pioneer Offshore Solutions fabricates and installs ducting systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and exhaust applications across offshore modules, FPSOs, drilling units, and marine vessels. We work from client isometric drawings or produce fabrication drawings in-house, and carry out full installation including hangers, supports, and penetration sealing.
Ducting fabrication
• Rectangular and circular duct fabrication in galvanised steel, stainless steel (304/316L), and mild steel
• Fittings fabrication: elbows, reducers, tees, branches, access doors, and dampers
• Spiral-wound and longitudinal-seam ductwork to SMACNA and project specifications
• Fire-rated and blast-rated duct fabrication for hazardous area applications
• Flexible duct connections and expansion joints for vibration isolation
• Insulation cladding: mineral wool, glass wool, and aluminium jacketing
Installation scope
• Full system installation including primary ducts, branches, diffusers, and grilles
• Fabrication and installation of duct supports, hangers, and sway braces to class requirements
• Penetration sealing through bulkheads and decks: fire-rated and watertight as required
• Integration with HVAC equipment: AHUs, fans, filters, and silencers
• Commissioning support: flow balancing, leak testing, and handover documentation
Testing & documentation
• Duct leakage testing to SMACNA Class A/B/C standards or project specification
• Pressure drop measurements and system performance records
• As-built drawings and material traceability documentation
